The story behind my short video is quite simple. All summer we wait for the sun and the shine and all the ‘fun’ it is supposedly holds, that we sometimes surpass what is in front of us during the actual year. Summer is not my favorite season because of one, the heat, and two, I have such a great time during the year with all the activities, holidays, and people I get to see, that the isolation and distance of the summertime brings on a negative affect. The majority of the pictures are of SWOCC women’s basketball team or people I have met at SWOCC, with a few from my past and other friends from home. During the year I play basketball and the point I wanted to get across is how much I value that and the people on my teams over the sun of summer.
